Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within3 days.

Orders are generally processed in three days. At the moment we only handle shipments within India. Deliveries generally get fulfilled within 1 – 3 weeks based on the location. In the event the company is facing higher order volume than usual and any delay is expected the same will be informed to the customer at the customer contact details provided during purchasing the product.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Lightkin India is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
